Pre World War 2 German Air Force belt buckle. 

Die stamped aluminum construction, maker and year marked - Julius Maurer, Oberstein/Nahe, 1938, with additional Luftwaffe clothing depot stamp - L.B.A. (Luftwaffebekleidungsamt). This stamp was only used on a pre and early war buckles. Leather is soft and pliable with intact stitching.
