Third Reich Era US GI Medic captured Dienstglas 6x30 binocular’s set.

Tan painted, mid-late war production. Marked ‘CAG’ for Swarovski Glasfabrik und Tyrolit-Schleifmittelwerke de Wattens/Tirol. Blue painted triangle indicates extra lubrication and upgraded seals for rough weather conditions. Lenses are clear with functioning focus and distance/artillery grid in the right lens. Come with original leather neck strap and rubber lens cover. Binoculars have a strip of medical tape which used to have a name of the US GI medic who captured them (paper tag with soldiers name is still present and intact on the inside of the leather case’s flap). Leather case is American made with medic’s cross painted in the front. It comes complete with an intact and fully functional leather shoulder carrying strap.

A stunning set with a great research potential which will be hard to upgrade. Do not miss on adding this beauty to your field gear collection.
